Upon ordering, we aim to deliver your goods within 5-7 working days, unless stated on the item.
You will receive a text and email with your tracking information once it is shipped.
We have the option of collection from our warehouse in Lancashire. Please email us to arrange collection.
We use UPS as our courier, and for larger items, we use an exclusive private delivery service.
The delivery charge is £5.99 for all orders under £75 and free for all orders over £75.
Pre-order items will have the date of arrival in the item description.
Please ensure you enter your address correctly, including your postcode, as we cannot take responsibility for incorrect addresses.

We ship all over the United Kingdom, excluding Northern Ireland.
Upon receiving your items, your order must be checked to ensure there has been no damage in transit. All faults or damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product. You must send an image of the reported issues, and we will endeavour to resolve the issue for you.
